Business Analyst (พัฒนาระบบ Tour & Travel)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Understand clients’ business processes. 2. Work together with a team of Business Analysts and other IT groups, either on-site or remotely, under the direction of your Project Manager. 3. Delivery elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables. 4. Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications. 5. Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution. 6. Provide or manage ongoing support for existing applications; prioritize new issues and working with the customer to determine the best use of IT resources in order to best address their business needs. 7. Act as the representative and be the client’s "single contact". Formally documenting prioritized solution requirements that are aligned with technical and business feasibility. Plan and execute acceptance testing; 8. Provide consultation to clients and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. 9.Extensive and Intensive traveling may be required. 10.Experience in end-user support, including the prioritization and rationalization of new support issues, business requirements analysis, functional unit testing and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) 11. Must possess a solid understanding of information technology and have the ability to conceptually relate technology to a business' needs. 12. Competence in data modeling, rapid applications development, or process re-engineering is a plus.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male/Female, Thai Nationality. • Good communication, Coordination, presentation and organization skills in English. • Minimum BA/BS/B Sc degree in computer science or related business qualification, or equivalent business/technical experience preferred. • At least 2-3 years of experience • Proven ability to work within a team environment • Good interpersonal skills and service mind • Must be able to work under a fast pace environment with tight deadlines.
