• Requirements • Male/ Female, age between 28 – 35 years old • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree, Law or equivalent • Have a good working knowledge of civil and commercial code • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and good responsibility • Good command in English (TOEIC 750 up) • Computer literacy Responsibilities • Responsible for all legal matters relating to company’s business • Review and draft business contracts of the organization both in Thai and English • Provide legal opinion and comment to all departments of the company • Provide legal documents such as Power of Attorney, documents relating to business law • Coordinate with outsource lawyers regarding legal action • Coordinate to prepare Shareholder Meeting and Board of Director Meeting • Responsible for corporate government
