หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Setup after-sales service process, monitor the process to be executed and effectiveness. • Setup the technical training for technician, and to be control can be conduct on time. • Spare parts planning; monitor the spare parts inventory status, to balance the spare parts cost and repair requirements. • Overall response for brand management and corporate identity • Monitor the quality status of the product on the marketing, coordinate with the quality team to do the FA for resolving and improving. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of services communication. • Assist with new product launches • Call Center information Support

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 2-5 years of experience in After Sale Service, preferably smart phone marketing • Bachelor Degree in any field, engineer will be advantage • Strong analytical and project management skills • Fair-Good skills in English communication (Addition salary for Chinese Language) • Excellence in problem solving skill
