Assistance Plant Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Being responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all manufacturing operations in printing factory • Plant population is approximately 700 employees.Main Responsibilities • Directing production and ensuring cost effectiveness and consistency with prescribed quality, accuracy and performance standards. • Being responsible for supervision of the machines maintenance to ensure the machines operate effectively. • Being responsible for assurance of the on time and fully delivery to customer. • Controlling the Logistics System (Planning, Import-Export). • Supervising the process of products research & development. • Other jobs assigned by Board of Directors ( discussed further in the interview)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, age over 35 years. • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Industrial Engineer, Production Engineer or related fields. • At least 7 years experience in production. Management experience in Printing operation is preferable. • Experience with ISO, LEAN is preferable. • Good command of English and computer skills. • Good management and strong leadership skills.
