Reservation Officer (Based in KohKood Trat)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Respond to and manage in-coming requests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner
• Prepare quotations regarding rooms, transfers, activities and answer to client inquiries
• Manage reservations for hotel accommodation, suppliers, restaurants, and all services included in a holiday itinerary
• Ensure all reservations, passenger details, logistic information, internal notes are updated on operating system in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling and recommending the right services and tours.
• Assisting and resolving any guest complaints in a timely and professional manner to the best of your ability.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• A Degree or Diploma in tourism, hospitality, business or languages would be an advantage
• Minimum 1-2 years of Reservation experience in travel agency or hotel preferred
• Quotation and Reservations Experience in the Travel, Tourism and/or Hospitality Industry / Reservations Consultant role preferred
• Attention to detail and the ability to resolve customer issues
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Work Location : The Beach Natural Resort ,KohKood Trat
