General Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Work well and communicate clearly with people at all levels, staff; peers, superiors and most importantly owners. - Be an inspirational leader and motivator for his team. - Have a good understanding of hotel operational finance issues and be a cost conscious manager. - Be focused on delivering consistently high levels of guest service and satisfaction and supporting his team in this regard through ongoing training programs. - Assisting in the design of the hotels tours and activities and food and beverage offerings - Overseeing and managing all departments, working closely with department heads on a daily basis - Monitoring customer satisfaction, spending time directly with the guests and ensuring their needs are being met and expectations exceeded

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male, Thai native speaker. - 5 years- experience in hospitality and tourism experience and at least 1 years hotel General Manager/ Resort Manager. - Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s degree in related field. - Hands-on, determined and active in driving business. - Good owners relations capability and is able to grasp the fundamentals of delivering high quality service and a profitable operation. - Excellent typing skill in English & Thai. - Computer proficiency skill - Pleasant personality, positive attitude and good teamwork sprit - Well organizing and planning. - Leadership and good teamwork. – Able to work irregular hours. – Good command in English skill.
