• Key Responsibilities: Operating and refining our revenue platform, growing and adapting it to support the needs of the business agility with Can-Do attitude. Possess an understanding of cloud-native architectures, and be familiar with implementations involving service discovery, circuit breakers, client side load balancing, and other architectural patterns related to elastic hybrid infrastructure. Transform manual operation tasks to Self-Service & automation for reducing toil workloads. Administrate Virtualization Infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) Administrate Public Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Huawei Cloud) Administrate Private Cloud infrastructure (OpenStack, OpenNebula, vCloud, etc.) Support on taking part in our on-call shift rotation.

• Prerequisites / Essential Skills: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields. We are more interested in passion for technology and what you are capable of, than we are in academic qualification. Well knowledge of Hardware Technician installation includes assisting, maintaining, and monitoring the systems, tracking all documentation of hardware failure, installation, repair, and replacement, and designing network capacity-building in consideration of present and future hardware requirements, as well as working in coordination with the Vendor to identify any hardware-related issues. It becomes critical to be well-versed in computer hardware architecture and functionality. Redfish-API is used to control server and storage devices. Strong knowledge & experienced in OS Unix/Linux, and Windows Systems Administrators, are responsible for installing, managing, and upgrading systems and servers including IT networking foundation Keen on or familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering methodology by Google SRE book Understanding DevOps culture (CI/CD, build, deploy and test application) Good knowledge of Configuration Management Tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef Well understanding of Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, Packer, Vagrant, Helm Experienced in advance scripting using Shell, Python, PowerShell, Jinja2, etc. Experienced in IAAS - Private Cloud architecture (VMWare, OpenStack, Nutanix) A positive, can-do attitude, who naturally expresses a high degree of empathy to others. Strong knowledges of IT Security as well as identity and authentication management
