หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• RESPONSIBILITY - Prepare and Processing Payment Transactions in SAP system - Prepare Application for Outward Remittance with Supporting documents for Vendor payment, Investment and Loan. - Issue Withholding Tax Certificate. - Collect Receipt from Vendors. - Coordinate with banks to Open-Close Bank Account, Change Bank Signatories and payment authorization. - Monitoring cash or cheque received and issuing receipts transactions in SAP system - Bank Reconcile and monitor the bank statement - Check the credit line for credit sales and credit note - Responsible and related documents and accounting weekly and monthly report - Prepare and Processing L/G letter of guarantee and follow up on the letter of guarantee that is due to be returned to the bank REQUIREMENT - Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration - Experiences: 1-2 years experiences in finance - Language Skills: English - Other skills required: Computer skills (MS Excel, Word), Proficient in SAP is advantage - High responsibility
