หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Fixed IT Asset Inventory. - Physical labor in the transfer of IT Equipment. - Troubleshooting and fixing of PC hardware and other peripheral issues. - Software installation and troubleshooting. - IT support/dispatch for onsite employees. - Remote IT Support for work from home employees. - Respond to emails. - Manage service levels in Service Now ticketing tool for request and incident tickets. - Coordinate with local for troubleshooting, repair, warranty claims, or secure quotations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - At least an undergraduate of an IT relevant course. - 1 to 2 years of Desktop Support experience - Good English written and spoken communication skills
