หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Perform incident and problem analysis and provide application support for all clients - Manage and control incident/ service request to meet within SLA - Perform problem solving activity on in-house software and package software for users  Co-ordinate with Developer for learning the new software and then training to End User Support. - Cooperate with End User Support, Service Desk or other IT teams to ensure that the incident has been fixed within SLA. - Create software installation manual and knowledge based - Perform routine software version check to ensure that all clients have the latest update. - Work as the backup team in case of End User Support resources shortage or need support for special projects - Support other IT tasks as assigned by supervisor/IT manager
