หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage and support Cloud services such as M365, Hybrid Azure AD, Intune, VMware, zScaler, etc. - Implement, manage and support On-premise Microsoft Product (Window Server Roles, Active Directory, CA, etc). - Develop the technical design and operational procedures for relate and services within the technology scope of position - Configure, update, and Maintenance and Service support relate Windows Server Roles, Exchange hybrid and Relate Microsoft product. - Work with internal cross functional teams to standardize solution and implementation. - Daily monitoring operation. - Incident management, troubleshooting, and performing root cause analysis. - Manage and coordinating with user for project installation, implementation and project management. - Coordinate with the other parties and vendors to find the right solution. - Support user request and troubleshooting user problems. - Prepare incident report and analysis report - Other tasks as assigned.
