IT Application Support (ธนบุรี)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Perform incident and problem analysis and provide application support for all clients
• Create POS menu item and simulate test.
• Perform problem solving activity on in-house software and package software for users
• Cooperate with End User Support, Service Desk or other IT teams to ensure that the incident has been fixed within commitment
• Maintain, monitor, configure of software to ensure that they have the high quality, polished, and scalable.
• Create and update for proper documentation such as SOP, WI, monthly report, inventory report
• Work as the backup team in case of End User Support resources shortage or need support for special projects
• Support other IT tasks as assigned by supervisor/IT manager
