หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Resolve technical issues reported by users and keep maintenance records to ensure normal system operation and customer satisfaction
• Responsible for providing feedback to the department on software and hardware program related issues during maintenance, in order to communicate with the technical development department in a timely manner and make the product more complete
• Organize and implement customer-oriented product demonstrations, technical exchange meetings, technical lectures, etc
• Assist sales personnel in technical communication and product training with customers, and output technical solutions
• Support the implementation of sales projects

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• มีความรู้ด้าน Hardware Software Network
• Above 3 years of technical support experience in software/hardware-related products. Candidates with experience in the AIDC or IoT industries, and those who have handled issues related to PDA, RFID, POS Machines, Barcode Scanners, and Printers are highly preferred；
• พอสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
