RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Pre-Sales Technical Support 2. Post-Sales Technical Support • Implement/Maintain Hardware and Software • Provide on-site service • Provide the technical information 3. Educations Services • Provide the technical training to user/dealer/Vendor 4. New Business Development 5. Project Management • Prepare Project planning & Schedule • Control project costing to be under cost planned 6. Trouble Shooting • Define the problems • Monitoring until problem correction is finished

QUALIFICATIONS : • Male or Female, 35- 40 years of age • Bachelor degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Sciences or any related fields • At least 10 years experience in service & support application field of Retail Business or any related fields • Good command of English Good Troubleshooting skills • Customer Service mind, strong discipline and self-motivate • Able to work under pressure and time constrain • Able to work in holiday & overtime, work outside the company, customer place and travel upcountry • Good communication in English both written and verbal • Experience in a customer service, retail business, Point of sale will be an advantage
