วิศวกร(Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Gathering project requirements and program for architectural/ Engineer design work. Communicate and coordinate with various consultants, designers, contractors and suppliers. Conduct and follow up architectural/ engineering drawings and documents among other parties. Perform and arrange overall Architectural/ Engineering work. Handling architectural/ engineering drawings and documents as assigned by supervisor. Take minute of meeting involves with design and project construction related. Monitoring and control of owner's requirements during construction stage. Monitoring project cost, time, and quality.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. 1-5 years of working experience as an engineer in related fields. (Real estate development is a preferable) Good command in writing and reading English. TOEIC > 450 Good computer skill such as ACAD application, Sketch up, Photoshop, MS Office. Good Coordination Skill. Flexible, hardworking, proactive, good responsibility, well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, mature and optimistic.
