• Job Summary A creative and motivated Junior Marketing Communications Officer to assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and communication plans to enhance brand awareness and drive sale growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Creation - Assist in creating engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials. - Support the design and production of marketing collateral. 2. Social Media Management - Help manage and grow the company’s social media presence. - Monitor social media trends and analyse engagement metrics. 3. Campaign Support - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and promotions. - Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas. 4. Research and Analysis - Support market research to help identify trends and target audiences. - Analyse the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement. 5. Event Coordination - Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns. - Support logistics for events, including coordination with vendors and attendees. 6. Administrative Support - Maintain marketing databases and track project timelines. - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

• Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in marketing or communications (internships included). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and AI program is a plus. - Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
