• 1. Service reservations for members according to the terms of service specified by the company and partners
• 2. Respond to enquiries via telephones and emails related to benefits and other information requested by members
• 3. Provide basic information to potential members and agents
• 4. Check or translate member announcements or related documents for promotional purposes (For foreign employees only)
• 5. Coordinate with relevant departments to provide services to members

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ** ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงาน **
• Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree Hospitality, Liberal Arts, or related field (TOEIC 650)
• Experiences: 0-2 years’ experience in Contact Center Other
• qualifications: 1. Good communication skills in English, listening, speaking, reading, and writing or other languages (if any)
• 2. Good team player
• 3. Able to work under pressure and be patient
• 4. Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• 5. Able to work in shift
