1. Initiating sales strategies to increase sales volume in local and international markets. 2. Build up a new customer base and new overseas business opportunities. 3. Initiating key account management and sales strategies to maintain and increase sales volume in the international markets. 4. Being responsible for sales targets. 5. Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with major clients and merchandisers. 6. Monitoring client orders and product specifications and overseeing team cooperation with internal departments and external parties, including production, R&D, logistics, external suppliers and others. 7. Ensuring that the client orders and product specifications are correct and delivered on time. 8. Working closely with international merchandising teams effectively. 9. Developing export marketing plans and strategies. 10. Overseeing and dealing with customer complaints and finding ways to resolve their problems. 11. Managing, responding to and supporting customers’ requirements in order to ensure that products and services meet their highest satisfaction. 12. Managing the Marketing team.

- Thai male or female, age between 30 – 45 years old. - Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Marketing, International Business or related fields. - Experience at least 3 years in export sales management, food export business is a must. - Knowledge of food export regulations is a must. - Knowledge of packaging food is an advantage. - Ability to multi-task, excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills. - Proven understanding of sales and marketing strategy is important in the role as well as problem solving skills. - Experienced in managing people and monitoring performance and setting sales targets for the team. - High common sense and high sense of responsibility. - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Social media and E-Commerce business. - Excellent presentation & communication skills in both Thai & English (written and spoken). - Must have own car, driver's license and able to travel within the assigned area.
