Responsibilities: - Coordinating with and contacting suppliers and contractors. Understanding and Preparing a bill of BOQ (cost, budget and material used in construction) - Comparing prices and analyzing construction prices and estimating costs. - Being a consultant on procurements and advisor on construction costs. - Handling all the costs associated with construction, interior and project work (Budget and cost control). - Negotiating and adjusting the price base for the workload to be in line with standard. - Handling other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: - Aged 28-37 years old. - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture, Civil/Construction Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines. - At least 5 years of experience as QS Engineer involving cost estimates, or other experience that is related to this job. - Have Engineering license is advantage. Acknowledge and understanding for Safety knowledge and practices. - Good command of English & good PC skills (Microsoft Office) & AutoCAD. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Positive attitude towards resolving problem. - Resourceful and ability to work in a dynamic team.
