หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Take care of the Maintenance and the cleanest of all F&B service and Kitchen Equipment • Must monitor the daily working hours of all Galley Utilities of its accuracy and check all entries • Ensures that subordinates follow their schedules and produce the required tasks as per job descriptions on a daily basis • Take care of guiding the all subaltern’s staff and in the performance of their jobs in accordance to Restaurant policies • Ensuring sufficient operating equipment and cleaning supplies for the operation • Monitor chemical consumption and cleaning materials • Responsible for implementing the Policies and Procedures in operating the Stewarding Department • Set standards in for Cleaning procedures and store keeper in line with company policies • Control the garbage segregation as per Company’s Policies, train staff accordingly • Avoid the loss and breakage of equipment • Supervise and assist the dish wash areas during the peak hours to prevent Equipment Loss and Breakage • Train and motivate staff accordingly • Must keep the Executive Chef informed regarding the night shift cleaning operation and any performance issues • Responsible for the cleanliness of all galley Storage Areas (Galley Locker, Chemical locker, cleaning lockers)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Has experience to work in Hotel or F&B department before 7 years at least • Excellent Service Skill and Professional Mind • Hard working and positive thinking • Basic Schooling education or better; must be proficient with Word, Excel and computers in general. Previous experience in Hotel Stewarding Department • Ability to communicate with his Head of Department and subordinates alike. Other languages are considered a plus • Ability to work in POIPET, Cambodia
