Security Operator (Junior Technical Security Support Engineer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Response operate basic system security activities for all security device and be aware trend of security alert and performance issue. • 1st Tier system technical support ,diagnose the escalation issue and solving the incident following SLA , and ensure all closed properly with verification • Cooperating 2nd Line in the proper time manner in manage closing the incidents • Manage alerts generated by the monitoring tools • Monitor system/security activities and events to ensure that anomalous behavior is detected, identified, classified and acted upon where appropriate on all security devices • Analyze and assesse security incidents that occur to Customer assets and escalates incidents by following the incident procedures. • Take primary role in response and operate basic security activities for all security system • Support to be back up engineer for Network and Security function • Able to work in shifts

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, IT or in related field - Industry Security Certificated will be advantage (COMPTIA Security+ Certificated, CISA,CISSP) Preferable • Technical/Management Experience - System Work Experience 1-2 years - Security Work Experience at least 1 year - Basic Knowledge in MS Windows/Linux Server , VM Ware , Active Directory. - Some knowledge of Unix Linux platforms - Practical knowledge of Cisco-based firewalls and intrusion detection systems - Knowledgeable about security issues, vulnerabilities, exploits, regulatory and legal changes, and security standards that may impact information security - Solid working knowledge and understanding of multiple operating systems and commands, as well as an understanding of IT security and network best practices and software/hardware solutions • Soft skills - Good in technical and analytical, troubleshooting and service mind skills - Fast learning, proactive, able to work with all levels and perform under pressure - English communication is a must - Good Attitude and service mind - Gentle Manner and Ethical Manner • Advance skills/experiences will be specially considered, - Experience e.g. in cards & payment - Knowledge in System /Security /Database Admin - Security Certification (CISSP, CISA, CISM) - System Certification (MCSA) - IT Management Certification(ITIL V3.0)
