หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Answer customer calls and deal with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for our customers • Provide Software telephone support, analyze the problem and coordinate with the related team to prepare the best solution for customers • Contribute positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects of the teams’ activities • Ensure that all issues are recorded, dispatched to the right team and followed up until the cases are proper closed • Able to work in shifts

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree Computer Engineering ,Computer Science, IT or in related field • Technical/Management Experience - Experience in customer services will be special consideration - Fluency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point) - Isolation issue of computer interruption in PC Client • Soft skills - Strong technical and analytical, troubleshooting and service mind skills - Good planning and organization skills - English communication is a must - Gentle Manner and Ethical Manner • Advance skills/experiences will be specially considered, - Experience e.g. in cards & payment - Excellent customer handling skills with service minded - IT Management Certification(ITIL V3.0)
