หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for promptly answer all incoming calls through the switchboard and pass calls through to the relevant person/business unit or take appropriate messages. - Takes care and pride in the services and products delivered. - Coordinate all activities of the Association (Seminar, Training, Exhibition, etc.) - General office support responsibilities are copying, filing, faxing, scheduling conference rooms, organize and format reports into final deliverables. - To Coordinate all administration affairs. - Monthly summary report for Inventory stock. - Monthly summary report for Office Maintenance. - Monthly summary report for suppliers’ list.

• - Good personality , Service-minded, Well-organize - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Effective team working skills - Ability to deal calmly with difficult customers or visitors - Ability to multi task - Ability to keep calm under pressure - Be punctual - Good health
