Sales Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand market reach.
• Prepare accurate sales forecast and permeance reports.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field; an Engineering degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the integrated security systems, IT, telecommunications, or M&E industries
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
