Site Engineer (Retail Fit-out & Construction)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and oversee assigned construction and store fit-out projects, ensuring completion on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.
• Coordinate with landlords, contractors, consultants, and internal teams (Design, Business Development, Setup, Maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project documents including LOI, BOQ, quotations, drawings, and related documents, while maintaining accurate project records and updates.
• Monitor construction progress and inspect work quality for civil, MEP, signage, and interior fit-out to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Control project budgets, evaluate variation works, prepare approval memos, and track project-related payments, invoices, and documentation.
• Coordinate project handover, defect rectification, warranty follow-up, and ensure all permits and approvals are completed before project closure.
• Develop and maintain construction standards, material specifications, contractor benchmarks, evaluation records, and project performance reports to support continuous improvement.
• Resolve project issues and stakeholder concerns, provide regular progress updates, and support team members to achieve project objectives effectively.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or related fields.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in construction project management, store fit-out, retail construction, or related fields.
• Ability to read construction drawings, review BOQ, and manage project costs and budgets effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building systems, contractor management, and project execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Google Sheets. Experience with AutoCAD or other construction/project management software is an advantage.
• Able to travel to project sites nationwide when required. Possess a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
