Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and oversee assigned construction projects for retail stores, including Standalone, Mall, and Flagship formats, with a focus on Electrical and HVAC systems.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress, ensure work quality, and support project completion within the planned schedule.
• Design, review, and verify Electrical and HVAC (M&E) systems in accordance with company standards, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), construction drawings, and technical specifications, and support tender and contractor evaluation processes.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure all Electrical, HVAC, and Solar Cell systems are installed according to approved designs, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Support the Project Manager in project documentation, work progress claims, project handover, and other project control activities.
• Coordinate with the Project Coordinator and other cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved and provide support for other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in M&E systems within construction, fit-out, or retail projects, with hands-on site supervision
• Strong knowledge of Electrical and HVAC systems, including design and technical drawings (AutoCAD or equivalent)
• Experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and drawing review.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and solve on-site issues efficiently.
• Experience in retail expansion projects (Mall, Standalone) is an advantage.
