Technical Support Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Tier 1 support for troubleshooting of service requests such as hardware failure, configuration issue, software application, network problems, electric system and related components.
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades according to schedule.
• Collaborate with the Other team to escalate complex issues as needed.
• Provide event support, which includes after hours and weekend support when required.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software applications, and related components.
• Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Vocational Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• (Work Experience) : 0–1 years of experience in IT/Technical Support/Site Preparation
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, IT support, and troubleshooting.
• Able to diagnose and resolve basic issues related to hardware, software, network, and electrical systems.
• Completed military service or exempted; physically healthy with no criminal record.
• Able to ride a motorcycle or drive a car and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Good interpersonal skills, service-minded, with a positive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration.
• Hardworking, eager to learn, and committed to improving assigned responsibilities.
