Day-to-day operations on executing graphic briefs, store set-ups, uploading banners, and campaign submissions to the platform.
To assist in developing eCommerce sales strategies, such as identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities for growth and expansion.
Conducting regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel. Driving and sharing insight to guide promotional and marketing input.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities to ensure that all concepts, campaigns, and strategies are aligned.
Working with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting brand performance on all platforms (operations, fulfillment services, etc.)
Track, monitor, and analyze products, channels, and customer sales trends to maximize business performance.
Accountable for high customer service level, fulfillment, inventory control, and timely sales collection.
Creative content ideas in both video and Live streaming on TikTok.
Other assignments as appropriate.
Familiar with managing marketplaces i.e. Shopee, Lazada, and an expert in TikTok. Responsible for creating sales campaigns & monitoring the effectiveness throughout the campaign & BAU period.

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in related fields.
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as a Key Account in an E-Commerce channel or any position in the commercial field.
Mature, self-driven, and responsible, with a Can-Do attitude and a passion for creative works and marketing.
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
Fast learning.
Good command in both Thai and English.
Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
