• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor degree 0-2 year in Accounting or any related field. Catering or Hotel business background is a plus Ability to communicate well with all level of people and work as a team. Good numerical skill and knowledge of food Good English skill, Reading , Writing and Speaking Good skill of ERP , Excel & MS Office.

การเดินทางเพิ่มเติม : Responsibilities : - Understand and able to handle customer requirements for menu proposal. - Develop menu costing and maintain data in the systems. - Develop menu specification and maintain data in the system. - Distribute related information to concerned departments and ensure that correct information is provided on timely manner. - Attend menu presentation with customers to capture change request in recipe level. - Conduct yielding studies to establish standard yield target. - Follow data maintenance concept of costing e.g. code structure, STD cost, yield factor, naming convention. - Collaborative work with Production, Purchasing , QA , Pricing and all concerned.
