Senior Warehouse Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Oversee and Supervisor Bonded store packing staffs and supervisors to ensure the operation go well according to working schedule and work standard.
• 2. Manage packing and loading process time to meet Transport's deliverry time.
• 3. Manage floating inventory of each airline according to PAR level to prevent stock shortage or over-inventory.
• 4. Responsible to counting stock and conducting inventory report accurately to customer's requirement in daily, weekly, or monthly basic.
• 5. Analyze and report loading consumption based on actual in demand in order to forecast proper ordering quantity.
• 6. Optimize staff's run rate and assign tasks to staffs productively to achieve productively target.
• 7. Study and understand new packing instuction updated from each airline customer.
• 8. Able to educate information from the instruction to all concerned staffs within effective date.
• 9. Organize document and report related to airline's requirement.
• 10. Responsible to quality control (Expire date, FIFO, defect) and perform final inspection to ensure the completeness of loading items.
• 11. Manage day to day tasks and issues to ensure the operation will be able to run smoothly.
• 12. Responsible to quality complaint from customer related to department.
• 13. Conduct training session to new staffs according to WI training plan.
• 14. Effective communication and high responsive to related departments.
• 15. Responsible to other assignment given by Manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Above or Bachelor's degree of Manufacturing or Engineering or Supply Chain.
• 2. Over 5 Years' experience of related fields such as Manufacturing/Process engineer, Production engineer or supervisor (Supervisor Experience is necessary).
• 3. Good analysis and supervisory skill is necessary.
• 4. Ability to communicate in English well (TOEIC score is above 550 will be adventage
• 5. Flexible to operation time
• 6. Able to communicate in English
• 7.Computer Skills : MS Office
