Security Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist in managing, developing and maintaining the Security Program and Training Program. Manage document control systems
• Develop and revise SOPs and other security documentation
• Assist in conduction internal and external security audits in compliance with CAAT and related requirements
• Supervise and support the security operations team to maintain high standards of performance
• Collaborate with relevant departments to co-investigate and resolve security incidents
• Conduct training and develop training materials to strengthen organizational security awareness and compliance, including monitoring and maintaining staff training records
• Oversee and support the review and monitoring of CCTV systems to ensure compliance and security effectiveness

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 3-5 years of experience in aviation security roles, with proven expertise in compliance and operational oversight
• Strong understanding ICAO and CAAT aviation security regulations
• Aviation security training certificate by CAAT, ICAO, or IATA
• Good speaking and reading skill in English (a TOEIC score is considered an advantage)
• Fully prepared to respond to security matters on a 24/7 basis
