Bachelor degree in related field, new graduates are welcome to apply Proficient in Thai and English, be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal contexts
✅ Responsibilities: Monitor mentions/comments & interact appropriately In charge of DMs and chat for all properties In charge of monitoring and responding to reviews in online channels
Report reviews that need attention immediately to management Produce Customer Satisfaction Report Produce Facebook content / IG stories for all properties Coordinate with outsourced agency in producing content as necessary
Conduct photoshoot and produce marketing materials as necessary
Work with Sales Associate in maintaining performance and monitoring pricing on OTA channels Others: to be assigned as an ad hoc basis
