Construction Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues • Planning and follow up preventive and corrective work • Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.) • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance • Manage relationships with owner and service providers • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with • Presenting and reporting projects to management. • Monthly progress payment report and follow up invoice issue Requirements and skills

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and master’s degree in Project Management will be an advantage • 10+ years' experience in maintenance management role • Experience in trackwork construction or maintenance • Solid understanding of trackwork maintenance activity • Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment • Ability to keep track of and report on activity • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making • Excellent leadership and management skills • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
