MICE Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: • Create quotations and proposals for Thailand and Indochina destinations • Enhance the look of proposal template • Update MICE products, services and clients in a database • Follow up rates from local offices, clients feedback to speed up workflow • Assist MICE Manager on all MICE issues • Handle works on behalf of MICE Manager when he/she is out of the office • Assist MICE Manager to build up relationship hotels and local clients • Maintain relationship with clients, hotels, suppliers • Submit a monthly report to MICE Manager (group status, MICE product updates) • Handle other assignments by MICE supervisor, Director and Management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in any field, although the following are preferred : Marketing/Travel Tourism • 3-5 years in professional Thailand Tourism or MICE business • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and ready to learn internal quote system • Good communication skills, both verbal & written, in Thai and English. • Able to priorities and work independently • Able to work effectively in a team and cross culture working environment • Capable of multi-tasking, negotiating, and managing time effectively
