หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibility: • Liaising with Country Office teams to fulfill all contracting and product requirements. • Data entry of rates and information into the system. • Provide in-depth product advice to the other teams. • Manage and maintain rates and information in the database. • Assisting to manage and upload data from internal to external systems. • Provide and summarize updated information on Country Help Files. • Compiling German and Spanish translation on monthly basis. • Meet deadlines and ensure quick turnaround and data processing. • Support and back up for the teams both in Bangkok and the Operations Offices. • Backup role to immediate supervisor in his or her absence. • Handle all administrative issues or projects as appropriate and requested by Supervisor, Manager and Department Head.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in any field, although the following are preferred: Travel & Tourism / English / Hotel Management. • Minimum 0-2 years’ experience in hospitality or tourism is preferred. • Good knowledge of managing and maintaining a database. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good command of the English both written and spoken. • Proven track record in problem solving. • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure. • Computer literate - word/ excel / Microsoft outlook.
