Finance and Accounting Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare monthly closing journal entries.
• Maintain all activities surrounding cash including bank reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile all subsidiary schedules for AR, AP, prepaid expenses and prepaid insurance.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial report to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Maintain all activities surrounding cash including bank reconciliations
• Maintain chart of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
• Plan the cash flow and control receivable and contact client’s for receivable
• Complete annual financial audit and tax refund work

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Fluent spoken and written in English or Chinese
• Have extensive financial and tax knowledge
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
• Strong communication skills, Effective communicator, and team player
• Responsible and adaptable to high-pressure work
