M&E Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities • Monitor and evaluate staff operating and the performance. • Ensure all office policies and procedures are being implemented. • Check and follow-up service and repair work from staff and any contractors and conclude work report. • Follow-up the preventive and corrective maintenance program signed to staff. • Generate a standard procedure to measure, record and repair all mechanical & electrical equipment. • Inspection all of building with inspector and Occupational Safety Committees. And fix it. • Complete work order with proper method in the required time frame. • To carry out other repairs or works other when assigned. • Identify problem areas in the property and do improvement plans to maximize the efficiency of building management . • Carry out NCR (Non Conform Required) as assigned and complete the Task on time. • To ensure that all safety rule and regulation are followed. • Propose and suggest alternative for the most cost effective operation, repair and improvement. • Maintains building systems by maintenance services; supervising repairs. • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. • To serve customers with professional engineering service. • Set up MTTR (Mean time to Repair) for control and increase performance of staff.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification • Thai Nationality. • Male 28 -40 years old. • Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical. • Minimum 3 year experience in High rise building. • Strong using AutoCAD software. • Good command of English in both spoken & written. • Ability to work under pressure. • Good team player. • Service mind, leadership in the decision, able to solve the problems.
