หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Duties and Responsibilities 1. To manage and monitor project activity scheduling. 2. To coordinate and work with the project team to resolve problems and to ensure the delivery / completion of projects. 3. To prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities for mega projects. 4. To monitor customer payment and follow up retention with finance department 5. To manage and control stock availability for mega projects.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification 1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 2. Engineering civil work knowledge 3. Construction work experience 4. Costing control 5. Outside visit 6. 1-2 year experience in cost surveyor. 7. Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Candidates at entry level will be considered)
