Procurement Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To successfully carry out your role, you will need to: • Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier preferencing study as well as cost saving target. • Source new supplier for civil work, maintenance agreement and required machinery referring to company requirement. • Negotiate the best payment terms contract conditions, lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company. • Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy and specifications. • Run tender, cost analysis, and report based on the committed strategies. • Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with the identical information upon which the quotations are given to meet the company requirement. • Monitor and review the cost of civil work, maintenance, and machine payment during the contract agreement and/or new scope required from the company. • Prepare purchase order and liaison between suppliers and related department. • Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule, and quality. • Evaluate whether suppliers are capable of consistently delivering products and services to company in a timely manner and within company required quality standards. • Maintain quality and price records for all purchased items. • Perform risk management, cost control and understand civil work BOQ, machinery and the service requirement cost together with TCO model. • Assist Procurement Manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Thai nationality, Male or Female -Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineer or related in engineering field. -Minimum 3- 5 years of working experience in procurement in construction, machinery / contracting firm. -Having the food industry knowledge will be advantage. -Good command of English and Microsoft literacy. -Creative and innovative approach to problem solving. -The ability to write clear and precise reports and to relate complex information in a simple way to a diverse range of people. -Negotiation and teamwork skills and the ability to motivate and lead the people. -Ability to work under pressure. -Ability to review basic of AUTO CAD program. -Communication and presentation skill.
