• • Provide technical support for both Rocks PC’s office, including hardware, software, network systems, and back-office support for all Potato Corner stores • 30% Responsible for technical support, service, and set-up for office-related hardware (laptops, printers, TVs, conference system, etc.) and all application systems (MS Office, Anti-virus, Gmail, Google Workspace, Workplace, etc.) • 30% Administer the core back-office system for all Potato Corner stores that includes master data set-up and maintenance, POS button displays, promotion set-up, user permission management and etc.. • 20% Support IT-related troubleshooting and coordinate with software developers / service provider to solve the issues and investigate root cause to prevent future incidents. • 20% Organize and maintain documentation of all IT assets and ensure all processes and procedures are compliant with the company policies.
