• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Make annual budget and control expenses in relations to company goals and dynamic business environments 2. Establish full scopes of preventive, corrective and restorative maintenance cycles and its scheduling 3. Initiate and approve repair and maintenance activities through ROI analysis and effective solutions 4. Create dashboard and reporting system to trace progress and eliminate root causes 5. Identify risk assessments related to maintenance works 6. Centralize all maintenance requests and allocate resources 7. Integrate an adherence to safety standards through well-rounded policies and procedures 8. For new projects, identify and confirm new machines, spare parts and services scope of work and specification that align with business objectives 9. Involve in new store layout and workflow designs 10. Manage fruitful relationships with contractors and service providers 11. Respond to emergency calls for maintenance queries 12. Work closely with IT, Procurement, Project Management Team to define flawless collaboration 13. Develop preventive maintenance checklist for storefronts team to conduct in a timely basis 14. Continue to explore best-in-class solutions and innovations to leverage maintenance outcomes 15. Maintain updated and accurate reports 16. Identify training needs and coach team members to solve minor issues 17. Work with Area Managers and strategic operations leaders to improve Operational Efficiency

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanics or similar fields • 5 Years of experiences in similar role from relevant industries • Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing activities • Experience in developing maintenance schedules and managing budgets (from proposal to monitoring) in Food Industry is preferred • Strong knowledge of machines, equipment, and related systems • Exceptional implementation and execution on various maintenance projects • Excellent leadership, prioritization, and communication skills • Good command of English in technical terms (Written & Reading) • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Dashboard • Competent in problem solving, designing solutions, planning, and decision making • Certified Safety Officer in Management Level
