• Import 1. Coordinates with team for schedule import shipment 2. Review and confirm Hs code in shipping document ( form D , Form E ) 3. Preparing set of document for Customs ( Paperless with Customs , Pay duty & Vat and Delivery order ) 4. Import customs clearance at any port & Custom warehouse 5. Coordinate with warehouse to delivery container to warehouse Export 1. Coordinate with internal team for schedule export shipment 2. Preparing set of document for Customs ( Paperless with Customs , Pay Port & Custom fee ) 3. Preparing set of document for Foreign Trade for issue C/O , form D , Form E for export shipment 4. Preparing set of documents to be submitted to Customs for Tax compensation for exporter Messenger support for Account, HR & Shipping team 1. Contact to the Revenue office to pay VAT & TAX 2. Contact to the Social Secrurity office to pay monthly Fee 3. Contact to Bank for issue Cashier cheque Duty and Vat for customs 4. Contact to the Vessel agent for B/L and Delivery order document

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Work on import & Export process, permit and contact to the customs for clearance at Port ซื่อสัตย์ ตรงต่อเวลา รอบคอบ มีทักษะเจรจาต่อรอง มีความรู้เรื่องพิกัดศุลกากร และหนังสือรับรองการแหล่งกำเนิดสินค้า ภาษาอังกฤษ และ คอมพิวเตอร์พอใช้ หรือ ดี
