หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

IT Manager Job Description: - Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. - Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. - Direct technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. - Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center. - Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. - Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. - Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. - Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards for the company and affiliated companies. - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of- the-art practices; participating in professional societies. - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Manage the IT infrastructure operations and SAP system. - Provide orientation to new users of existing technology. - Configure and manage Windows Server OS and Linux OS, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Group Policy, Anti-Virus, etc.  Install, troubleshoot and maintain hardware, application software, multi-site network for LAN/WAN, network security infrastructure, router, firewall, CCTV, PABX, etc.  Manage company applications (SAP, Payroll, Attendance, and other applications), website and web applications. • Managing the IT infrastructure operations and SAP. • Plan, organize and make assessment Information System and Infrastructure analyzing business environment, IT trend, any other concerned IT. • Planning and managing the IT budget. • Working with regional employees and leaders to coordinate projects, managing capacity and optimizing performance, reliability and efficiency. • Able to provide shared service and support system to the company group. • Monitor security of all technology • Supporting IT System in company and affiliated company

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Qualifictions: - Thai National, Male or Female, age 30-45 years old. - At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field. - Minimum 5 years experience in IT Management. - Good knowledge of IT Best Practices, IT Industry trends, and Helpdesk Operations. - IT Technical Skills in Windows infrastructure platform, Network and Security systems, Database management, CCTV, PABX, and Web-based applications. - Good command of spoken and written English. - Eager to learn and adapt new ideas. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good attitude, responsible, and resourceful. - Knowledge of database concept (DB2, MS-SQL, MS-Access), mobile technology and tools, graphic design tools, or web programming tools will be an advantage. - Prior experience in SAP administration would be a plus.
