Inbound Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Inbound Supervisor – Thailand The ideal candidate will have a background in warehousing or e-commerce operations, further you will be highly detailed and able to reliably work with little to no supervision – English Speaking and writing skills are required for this role You’ll play an important role in ensuring that the Luxola Operations run smoothly and the resulting excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Include: - Inbound Management: Work with supplier logistics on managing inbound deliveries to the warehouse and pickups for return to supplier from warehouse - Inbound Quality Control: Ensure that all products entering the Luxola facility meet the high standards of quality and care expected by Luxola.com – work with suppliers for replacement or return of products that do not pass our quality control - Put away and Stock Accuracy: Ensuring the correct procedures are followed when performing replenishment so that stock replenishment lead-times and accuracy targets are met - Team Management: As Inbound team grows, train and manage team members to that they can effectively perform the inbound process – Manage and Record KPIs and troubleshoot inbound inventory stock issues

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Previous experience in e-commerce operations and wearhousing - Ability to work as part of an international team - Attention to detail and accuracy - Communication, Decision-Making and Leadership Skills - Microsoft Excel skills highly regarded - Able to speak and understand English (Fluency not required)
