- Establish effective Maintenance strategies, procedures & measurements - Foster general Compliance with company’s rules and regulations - Establish Master and Budget Plan for Maintenance - Train, coach and assist Maintenance staff to analyze and solve problems and establish preventive maintenance - Support and drive manufacturing with safety - Coach and provide career development advice to staff - Manage spare parts and control maintenance cost of machinery and equipment - Make the Monthly/Yearly Preventive Maintenance Plan and follow up. - Support Corrective Maintenance Job for Machinery parts - Control and prepare the Machinery parts - Follow up and summary all maintenance records and report to superior - Support and analysis all maintenance problem by technical knowledge.

- Thai National, Male, age 35 up - Bachelor degree of Mechanical or Engineering any related - MUST have experience in Engineering and Maintenance fields from Automotive or Machinery parts business such as Trucks, Tractor and Backhoe etc. - Must have 5 years experience in Management roles - Good English language skills - Good PC skills in MS Office. - Strong in Managerial skills, leadership qualities, analysis and problem solving - Good communication, negotiation and Interpersonal skills - Good teamwork ethics, positive attitude, highly accountability and CAN DO attitude.
