Legal Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and oversee the company’s involvement in legal proceedings, including liaising with external counsel and preparing necessary documentation.
• Develop strategies for litigation and dispute resolution to protect the company’s interests.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes effectively.
• Study and update regulations of SET, SEC, Public Company Limited Act, Securities and Stock Exchange Act and related rules & regulations of the Ministry of Commerce.
• To coordinate with relevant authorities in relation to limited company, public company and listed company, such as Department of Business Development, the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Securities Exchange of Commission.
• Other job related as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Laws
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experiences at a law firm and/or in-house.
• Posse Lawyer’s license.
• Proficiency in English language both writing and speaking.
• Pleasant personality with service-minded attitude and strong team player.
• Problem solving and analysis.
• Have experience in IPO and/or litigation is preferable.
