Maintenance Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Establish effective Maintenance strategies, procedures & measurements • Foster general Compliance with company’s rules and regulations • Establish Master and Budget Plan for Maintenance • Train, coach and assist Maintenance staff to analyze and solve problems and establish preventive maintenance • Support and drive manufacturing with safety • Coach and provide career development advice to staff • Manage spare parts and control maintenance cost of machinery and equipment • Make the Monthly/Yearly Preventive Maintenance Plan and follow up. • Support Corrective Maintenance Job for Machinery parts • Control and prepare the Machinery parts • Follow up and summary all maintenance records and report to superior • Support and analysis all maintenance problem by technical knowledge. • Interact with different departments such as Finance, Accounting and Purchase to check on inventory and prices of mechinery parts

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai National, Male, age 35 up - Bachelor degree of Mechanical or Production Engineering and related - MUST have experience in Engineering and Maintenance fields from Automotive or Mechinery parts business. - Must have 5 years experience in Management roles - Good English language skills - Good PC skills in MS Office. - Strong in Managerial skills, leadership qualities, analysis and problem solving - Good communication, negotiation and Interpersonal skills - Self starter, good teamwork ethics, positive attitude, highly accountability and CAN DO attitude
