- Review and analyze policies, guidelines, and legislation related to solid waste operations to ensure compliance with Government and Provincial Solid Waste regulations and policies. - Manage diversion through the recycling, organic, construction, demolition waste, water treatment and maintenance programs by making long-range plans to meet Provincial legislated including residual waste guideline limit. - Provide policy direction in the development of solid waste programs and facilities for the diversion of solid waste. - Plan, assign, review and evaluate work of Solid Waste Program staff; interview and train staff in solid waste collection, diversion, and recycling programs. - Ensure all required semi-annual surface and ground wells testing and reporting comply with the Department of Environment permits and annual report. - Oversee solid waste collection contracts of the partners. Negotiate contracts with solid waste haulers and contractors to ensure that maintains the best value and best practice for the partners. - Implement operating standards required for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and to be an environmentally-friendly community partner. - Provision of monthly report to the COO and any to the Board as required. - All other related duties as assigned

- Male/Female Aged 35-45 years, Thai nationality. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field, Engineering is preferable. - At least 10 years experiences in related field. - Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 system is an advantage. - Leadership, strong Interpersonal and good decision making skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and independently - Good command of spoken and written English.
