หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor delivery from suppliers, make sure all go smoothly and follow up the QTY confirmation.
• Checking purchase orders to suppliers and following-up on deliveries.
• Contacting suppliers for product and pricing information.
• Locate new suppliers, obtaining company contact information, catalogues, product photos and product samples.
• Checking invoices from suppliers.
• Coordinate and monitor the delivery for customers
• Inform delivery date to customer
• Customer related Checking invoices, credit notes and claims.
• Coordinate with the UK logistic company ie, APC. Fedex , TNT,DPD Monitor and follow the customer delivery.
• Coordinate with UK warehouse and UK fulfilment team
• Coordinate information from relating parties to import UK clearing agent.
• Checking data for logistic companies.
• Checking export and import documentation.

• can be contacted out of working hour when only needed
• Real time communication in UK time
• Can not be lost of contact.
• Silence background noise
• Very responsible as you will be the main contact for the fresh products department.
• Job mainly managing, organizing, co-ordinate, checking, monitoring, customer
• supporting, main contact for all parties.
• high speed internet -noise cancellation headset is required.  
• Own Computer.
• Long term jobs ,Full time job
• You will contact a lot of supplier, logistic company, and with sales and customer services.
• สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี อังกฤษต้องอยู่ในขั้นดี ฟัง พูด ได้ พร้อมเริ่มงานทันที / มีคอมพิวเตอร์(Note Book)และอินเตอร์เน็ตที่บ้าน / สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
