- Schedule the production planning flexibly consistent with the short and long-term interests of the sales forecast demand. - Successful management and coordination of the supply chain activities by cross-functional communication and effective planning. Ability to investigate and identify root causes when the service did not come to the company’s target. - Accurate communication for effective management of any issues and significant information. - Effectively deal with staff & colleagues and suppliers by means of a diplomatic skill, culturally sensitive and customer-focused style.

- Degree with a major in operations management or IE or any other related field. - About 5-years experience in production planning and scheduling, material planning and inventory control, and minimum 3-years of management experience. - Knowledge of the company manufacturing operations & capabilities, and other elements of the supply chain. - Good knowledge of relevant software as a manufacturing-planning tool. - Understand MRP concept. - Experience in Vendor Manage Inventory will be advantage. - Familiarity with materials management systems. - Communication and presentation skills in English.
